Warranty Period
Standard Warranty: 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
Extended Warranty: join our customer group chat or (add our official contact information, and the warranty period can be extended to 18 months.

Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty service:

1. The product must be within the warranty period
2. Valid proof of purchase showing purchase date must be provided
3. Photos or videos demonstrating the product malfunction are required
4. Warranty claims must be filed within 15 days of device failure
5. The warranty card attached to the product manual must be presented

Non-Warranty Cases
The warranty does not cover:
